The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially announced its 10-man shortlist for the coveted 2024 Player of the Year award.
On Thursday, CAF publicly released the nominees via its official social media platforms.
Nigeria’s Ademola Lookman and William Troost-Ekong are among the contenders.
Other players competing for the top spot include:
Achraf Hakimi, Morocco’s defender, currently playing for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG)
Simon Adingra, Côte d’Ivoire.
Ronwen Williams, South Africa’s goalkeeper.
