The Petroleum Products Retail Outlet Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) has revealed that the recently revitalized Port Harcourt Refinery will sell Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) at a price of N1,030 per litre. This disclosure affirms the operational status of the refinery, which is managed by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).
In an official statement issued on Thursday evening, PETROAN spokesperson Joseph Obele shared details of the pricing. “NNPC Retail Ltd has officially announced the PMS price at the Port Harcourt refinery as N1,030 per litre,” Obele stated. He further noted that NNPCL had informed the association that the product request portal is now open, allowing interested parties to book and request supplies directly.
“Our strategic pricing team is currently analyzing the most favorable pricing framework for our members. We remain committed to supporting and patronizing all functional refineries within Nigeria,” he said.
The association also made a public appeal to the NNPCL to consider further reductions in PMS pricing, particularly as the festive season approaches.
