Niger State Local Government Chairman, Danlami Abdullahi Saku, Dies in Fatal Auto Crash

On Tuesday, December 10, Chairman of the Katcha Local Government Area, Danlami Abdullahi Saku, lost his life in a fatal auto crash. The incident occurred in the Kwakwuti area along the Minna-Suleja road in the state.
Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago of Niger State described Saku’s death as heartbreaking.
According to the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor commiserated with the family of the deceased, the people of Katcha Local Government Area, and the entire state over the loss.
In a statement, Ibrahim quoted the Governor as saying, “The demise of Saku is a sharp reminder that all creatures are from Allah and unto Him they will return at the appointed time.” The Governor encouraged the people to remain steadfast in the will of Allah at all times, as He is perfect in all things.
