A man took his own life after a video of him exposed at a coffee shop drive-thru went viral on January 8 at Bikini Beans Coffee in Tempe, Arizona.
According to police, Nautica Malone pulled up to the drive-thru line and was approached by an employee who noticed he was not wearing pants. The employee alerted her manager, who then recorded a video of Malone, who was allegedly masturbating.
The video was subsequently uploaded to social media, where it quickly gained millions of views. Viewers commented on the video, accusing Malone of inappropriately touching himself in front of the manager.
Tragically, Malone took his own life three days later, on January 11, in Goodyear, Arizona. The Maricopa County Medical Examiner confirmed the cause of death as a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Tempe Police reported that on the night of Malone’s suicide, his family members visited the coffee shop and were “aggressive” with the staff. They stated that Malone had killed himself over the incident.
