A Chinese driver with a Tesla vehicle had killed 2 in China while struggling to control the vehicle. This is not the first time a Tesla vehicle has had issues on the road with pedestrians or other commuters alike.
The car which has been identified as a model Y model of the Tesla line of cars was out of control on a tight road as the driver tried to park the vehicle. The Chinese police authorities had said that the driver wasn’t under any influence of alcohol or drugs with the driver’s family later narrating how Zhan has had issues with the car’s brake pedals, Tesla said while having checked the car’s background data that the brake pedals were not applied at all but that the acceleration instead, had been pressed for a long period of time.
