A youth advocate, Enantomhen Andrew said the democracy himself and many other patriots in Nigeria suffered to build is being destroyed by INEC, police and APC.
“The charade called Edo 2024 election which INEC did the other day, needs to be reviewed and I call on INEC to be bold enough to do a thorough review and uphold justice.
“INEC is fast becoming an agent of institutional destruction and a disgrace to the Nigeria nation. It worries me as a citizen of this great country.
“The INEC and the police are becoming instruments in the hands of APC. The INEC and the police are becoming instrumental to the destruction of our hard-earned democracy. This is a time for INEC to redeem its image in the eyes of Nigerians and the whole world,” Andrew Enantomhen said.
“As we speak, Edo APC are protesting against the review of results for the Edo 2024 Governorship election. If APC is sure it won the election, then why the protest against the review?” Andrew Enantomhen asked.
Andrew Enantomhen further said “if you truly won the elections as declared by INEC and the police, why are you scared of the review of the results?
“This is a total shame and disgrace to our beautiful nation and the democracy we fought hard to get.
Andrew Enantomhen called on President Tinubu to urgently rescue Edo State from the impending destruction being done on Nigerians by INEC and the police.
“The INEC and the police have become partisan, thereby making us a laughing stock in the international community. We make bold to call INEC and police to come and defend this damage they have done to democracy in Edo State.
“INEC must review the election and declare the true winner of the election, in the best interest of justice and democracy,” Andrew Enantomhen further said.
