Former Deputy Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Harford Oseke is dead.

Harford Oseke, the former Deputy Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, has slumped and died.

The cause of death is still unclear.

According to some reports, Oseke had been ill and hospitalized. In contrast, another report states that he collapsed on Monday during his usual workout regimen at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka.

Since then, his body has been placed in the Apex Medical Centre in Awka.

Harford Oseke was 64 years old and hailed from Umuawulu in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

He had just recently completed a Ph.D.in Public Administration. He was also a prominent figure in the freight forwarding industry in Port Harcourt and was actively involved in importing fishing feeds into Nigeria.
