Ganduje Declares APC Takeover in Rivers State

APC National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje has confidently declared that Rivers State will soon become an APC stronghold, repositioning the party in the state.
Ganduje made this statement while welcoming Dr. Dawari Ibietela George, the 2023 Action Alliance governorship candidate, back to the APC at the party’s national headquarters in Abuja.
“Rivers State will be completely APC,” Ganduje affirmed, assuring that a party structure would be established to accommodate George and other returnees.
He described George as a “big fish” and a skilled politician who will play a pivotal role in securing Rivers from the opposition.
Ganduje emphasized the party’s commitment to serving the people of Rivers State and Nigeria. “We are committed to serving the people, and with Dr. George on board, we will make Rivers State an APC stronghold.”
Present at the event were notable APC members, including Chief Hon. Victor Giadom, Vice Chairman South-South, and former House of Representatives colleagues of Dr. George.
Earlier, Dr. George paid a courtesy visit to Action Alliance National Chairman Chief Ken Udeze to formally inform him of his decision to rejoin the APC. Udeze commended George for his contributions to the AA’s development and praised his courtesy.
