I didn’t pay EFCC any money, it is a very big lie – Bobrisky

Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky, has come out to debunk rumors that he paid 15 million naira to EFCC officials to eradicate his money laundering case.

Recall that on the 24th of September 2024, Martins Vincent Otse popularly known as VeryDarkMan took to his Instagram page, to play a voice recording of Bobrisky claiming Bobrisky paid EFCC officials a sum of 15 million Naira to clear his money laundering case and that Bobrisky never served his sentence in prison, but resided in an apartment.

Bobrisky has since come out to debunk these allegations.

Bobrisky made this known via his Instagram handle. The post read;

“My attention has been drawn to a fake voice recording circulating on the internet that I paid EFFC 15 million Naira, and that I was never in prison… I served my term in full and I came out. Discard any false information.”
