PDP Senate Caucus Moves to Resolve Party Crisis

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senate led by Senate Minority Leader, Senator Abba Moro, representing Benue South Senatorial District, the caucus held a three-hour closed-door meeting to address the party’s internal conflicts.
According to Senator Moro, who briefed journalists after the meeting, an expanded committee comprising former governors and notable leaders has been established to engage with disgruntled members.
This committee’s primary objective is to identify areas of grievance and facilitate peaceful resolutions, ultimately paving the way for the party’s progress.
Previously, the PDP Senate caucus had advocated for an out-of-court settlement to resolve leadership disputes, emphasizing the importance of peace and unity in maintaining a robust democracy.
