A Thai police officer came to the aid of two intoxicated tourists who had passed out after excessive drinking on the party island of Koh Phi Phi in Krabi, Thailand.
Two young women, aged 19 and 23, from Germany and Australia, were found unconscious in swimwear outside a local bar.
Sergeant Major Saneg Jualaong, an officer stationed on the popular tourist island, discovered the women in a highly vulnerable state and decided to transport them back to their hostel using a pushcart.
The officer explained his decision, saying, “I understand what it’s like to worry about one’s children. These women are someone’s daughters, and I thought about their parents back home. They were too drunk to speak or even stand, and leaving them there could have led to a serious accident, such as falling into the sea or tumbling down stairs.”
