Chelsea are getting close to signing a deal with Benfica for Enzo Fernandez but Benfica have said that £120M release clause and Chelsea have said they will do that. Benfica are a little concerned as how Chelsea will pay that as FA have recently created a fair play rule for all clubs.
Fernandez will become the 8th signing for Chelsea if the deal works out and the Argentinian player has also expressed desire to join Chelsea.
