Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, Honourable Minister for Steel Development and Director-General, Kogi State APC Governorship Campaign Council, has on Wednesday congratulated fellow muslim brothers and sisters on the festival of Eid el-Maulud.
In his felicitation message signed by his Strategy and Communications Office, the Minister emphasized the essence of Eid el-Maulud which is that it is “the celebration of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W)”.
He further enjoined Muslim faithfuls to use the day to appreciate the essence of patience, love, tolerance and perseverance; all of which were very clear not just in the teachings of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) but more even in the life Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) lived.
“I wish every Muslim Ummah a happy Eid el-Maulud,” the Minister concluded.
