Portuguese coach, Fernando Santos was at a press hearing and was asked to comment on Cristiano Ronaldo’s recent behavior.
This is what he had to say;
“He was the one who did the shout at the locker room as always. He warmed up with all the players and those who are not starters do a sperate warm up later, if you pay attention he celebrated all the goals, running towards his teammates to celebrate.”
“There is even a moment at the second half where I saw on the television later he is with Joao Mario clapping hands. In the end, he was the one who called his teammates.”
“I was in the pitch and I saw that, he called his teammates to go towards the fans to thank for the support. And the only thing that was noticed was that he left the pitch alone. I honestly ask you, leave Ronaldo alone! He doesn’t deserve this. For everything he has done for Portuguese football, I don’t think he deserves this.”
