Nigerian Singer, Timi Dakolo has cautioned Nigerians to stop advising a grieving person.
This is coming after his colleague, Davido, and his fiancée, Chioma, lost their 3-year-old son, Ifeanyi, in a domestic accident.
It was reported that Ifeanyi died on Monday, October 31, after drowning at his father’s Banana Island home. He was rushed to Evercare Hospital in Lekki where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
In a post made on his Instagram page, Timi Dakolo stated that people should not make it their job to advise those who are grieving. According to him, the timing is wrong and people should learn to pray for them and go their way.
“It is not your job to advice a grieving person, the timing is wrong. Just pray for them and go your way.
“You and your advice are mad”.
