The Japanese team which have never reached the quarter finals before set their goals to achieve that in the Qatar 2022 World Cup and it seems like they are on the right course as they defeated Germany in a 2-1 surprise victory which could be signs of good things to come if they keep their composure and stay on track.
The current Japanese team is one of the strongest since their inception into the game of football with 19 out of 26 which are playing for a European club of which 3 have deep experience when playing for an elite team i.e. Tottenham, many of the other players are playing in other popular clubs in Bundesliga, Italian league etc.
