Noni Madueke could be a PSV striker soon as Chelsea has agreed a deal to sign the year old. Chelsea are spending aggressively being that they are on the table and don’t mind signing Noni for an estimated £29M.
PSV might still be reluctant to sell the player as they had already sold Kounde to Liverpool this season, Chelsea has spent almost a total of £460 Million in all their transfer and loans this season.
