Former Spokesperson of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Timi Frank has condemned the recent Federal High Court judgement that mandated the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to with-hold Rivers State Federal Allocation.
Timi Frank said the judgement is a plot to distabilise Rivers State.
