Edo State PDP chieftain and youth advocate, Andrew Enantomhen on Monday commended the Edo State PDP over the successful conduct of the congresses across the State.

He expressed satisfaction over the congresses and said the choices of the people emerged from the congresses “and now we are set for the primary election itself”.

Speaking with journalists in Benin on Monday, Andrew Enantomhen said there were a few issues that wanted arising but the swift leadership of the party nipped the issues in the bud. “For that, I commend the party,” Andrew Enantomhen said.

When asked about the chances of his candidate emerging flag-bearer of the party in the forthcoming primary election, Andrew Enantomhen expressed optimism that his candidate, Dr. Asue Ighodalo is the candidate to beat at the primary election.

“I am convinced from all indices and by all factors and mood within the party supporters and members in Edo State that Dr. Asue Ighodalo will emerge as the flag-bearer of our great party, the PDP at the Edo State Governorship primary election,” Andrew Enantomhen further said.
