Edo PDP chieftain and youth advocate, Andrew Enantomhen on Monday commended Governor Godwin Obaseki for increasing minimum wage in Edo State “to a record amount of N70,000”.
This increase, according to Andrew Enantomhen, is a sign that Governor Obaseki has the people of Edo State at heart.
“Governor Godwin Obaseki is a Governor with a heart for humanity. This increase in minimum wage at a time when the Federal Government is still playing politics around it, is the proof that indeed, Governor Godwin Obaseki has the best interest of the citizens of Edo State at heart.
“On this great development, I most congratulate all fellow Edo State citizens. I believe Dr. Asue Ighodalo will consolidate on these achievements of Governor Godwin Obaseki when we vote him into office in September,” Andrew Enantomhen further said.
