There has been a big prediction amongst the America Economy experts about an inevitable recession to hit by 2023 and major tech companies are preparing thierselfs i.e Stripe has decided to cut staffs by 14% in order to take hold of thier financial future.
The co-founders of Stripe Patrick and John Collison said;
“We were much too optimistic about the internet economy’s near-term growth in 2022 and 2023 and underestimated both the likelihood and impact of a broader slowdown.”
They believe that the market is changing and they want to change with it by being disciplined by preserving cash, non-invest, and be slow with hiring new staffs.
