“The entire kingdom are changing their entire currency from notes bearing the image of Queen Elizabeth to the notes bearing image of King Charles.
“But from now till the end of time, if you give any British person a note with the image of Queen Elizabeth, it will be accepted as legal tender,” El-Rufai said.
