Jesse Marsch who was appointed Leeds United’s Manager in February 2022 will no longer be following their 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest. He is third American to manage a club which participates in the Premier League. Jesse spoke about the loss in a sport press briefing.
“It’s my responsibility and I understand their frustration and I accept it and I have to find a way to turn a lot of the good things that are happening into results or we find ourselves in a stressful situation. I understand the frustration and doubts, internally we have belief here… We do. The players are in and they’ve given everything they have, it’s just that we’re young and we’re still trying to put it all together.”
The club also put out a statement that Rennie Marek, Cameron Toshak and Pierre Barrio will also leave the club, they say the process for appointing a new head coach is underway as they continue to keep fans up to date with current changes.
