Hollywood mogul and film producer of the famous production studios such as Miramax and the Weinstein Company will not face sentencing now till February 23rd 2023. Harvey Weinstein who was charged with sexual misconduct and allegations on the count of more than 20 women will have to wait till February.
The rape trial might land Harvey with 18 years in prison after been convicted of raping a woman in California in 2013, he was acquitted of sex crime allegations by 3 other women and He is currently serving a 23 year prison sentence in New York since 2020 in which he has denied engaging in non-consensual sex.
