A payment giant in Asia which might not be known to many in other continents is solving this unpopularity by broading it’s business by  taking its platform to America. This payment company’s CEO Jun Hasogawa has led the way to acquire payment company Merchante which they might have felt would make their presence felt quickly.

OPN which is an Asian company will have a lot to do with it’s new acquisition which cost them $400 Million, the combined company now boast of providing payment processing to about 20,000 companies. OPN which was founded in 2013 now has 7 locations, OPN and Merchante have a combined processed payments of $19 billion.
