Special Assistant on Political Matters to Prince Shuaibu Audu Abubakar (Nigeria’s Minister of Steel Development), Solomon Itopa on Thursday felicitated with Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, Kogi State Commissioner of Information on the occasion of his 47th birthday.
Solomon Itopa said Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo has been a great influence to the rising fortunes of Kogi State in the media space since January 2016 when the Governor Yahaya Bello administration first came on board.
“Before the Governor Yahaya Bello administration, Kogi State’s media fortunes were at an all-time low but thanks to the New Direction administration of His Excellency Governor Yahaya Bello which Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo has been an integral part of from the very onset, the media fortunes of Kogi State picked up and has been at the very top ever since.
“Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo has been a great team-player and a communications expert. He has been able to properly communicate the policies of His Excellency Governor Yahaya Bello every step of the way. He has constantly risen to the occasion every step of the way in every way that concerns the media and image of Kogi State.
“During the recently concluded Kogi State Governorship election, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo was the Kogi State APC Governorship Campaign Council Spokesperson, he did a very great and good job. His contributions towards the good of our party, the APC and Kogi State are immense. I want to use this special day to thank Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo.
