TSMC is largely popular for manufacturing the chips that Apple uses on thier devices, TSMC known to be based in Taiwan have been building a plant in Arizona and now that they have finished, Apple will now source it’s chips from there.
This manufacturing plant is set to open in 2024 as more American Tech companies are seeking more diversification of its resources. This cooperate move comes as a result of the pandemic chips drought that made production of Apple’s line of products hard to deliver to it’s consumers but with this it should reduce such worries.
